Our Story

Hi, this is Chris Cates, owner of Right On Time Plumbing Service, a licensed and insured plumber based in Lawrenceville, GA and serving cities throughout Metro Atlanta.

For over 20 years I’ve been blessed to learn from hard working veteran plumbers who taught me the craftsmanship of plumbing and how to build trust with customers by providing outstanding service and quality you can see and touch at a fair price.

I started my training working on commercial plumbing projects for high rises, hotels, schools and hospitals and now provide residential plumbing services, bathroom remodeling and plumbing repairs of every type.

My business is built through word of mouth and repeat customers and I have learned that building a business is not about how many jobs you do, but how many customers you make for life.
